The 6th Annual Vern Olson Cruise

This was a fabulous fundraiser/cruise by John and Jack Olson of Wisconsin. Started out with a brisk breeze and an a.m. temp of about 40something degrees. It was wonderful in the sun, but chilly when the sun went down.

The "blue car" on the street. Behind it you'll see Dennis and Pat Shearer.

Bob Knaack, who has driven hot rods in snowmobile suits.
I'd estimate about 40 cars, (sorry no exact count) showed up for the 150ish mile cruise around Madison. We stopped in Mt. Horeb to tour their very nice fire station with black fire trucks... and had a root beer keg for floats!
We also stopped at a few old general stores. Everyone is just standing around and talking, it was a nice time to chat and stretch out.
A pit stop, to gas up and keep the group together.

Sorry about the quality of the video. New camera, wasn't quite sure how to work it, and almost dropped it at the end. If I would've known. I'd have taken more.
